Kofta Curry

Ingredients:

  • 1 kilogram mutton, boneless
  • 2 medium Onions
  • 1/2 tablespoon (roasted)
  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 inch piece ginger, cut into small slices
  • 6 whole green chili, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • As per taste salt
  • for frying oil
  • For Curry
  • 3 medium onions, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric (haldi)
  • 1 cup tomatoes, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon red chili
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • salt as per Taste 😛

How To Cook ? 🙂 Iam gona tell u 😛

  1. For the koftas, mince the meat with all the other ingredients.
  2. Remove the mixture and shape into balls.
  3. Deep fry these balls till golden brown and keep aside.
  4. For curry: Fry onions, garlic and ginger till golden brown.
  5. Add the rest of the ingredients except coriander and garam masala with enough water to make a gravy.
  6. Bring to a boil, add the fried koftas and simmer for 45 mins.
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and sprinlle garam masala before serving.
  8. Serve with Roti or Nan
